Your applied jobs, straight from the portal

Extension not detected yet

Use the separate Application Desk Beta extension in Chrome or Edge. It is not yet listed or approved in the Chrome Web Store. Collection is off until you consent in the extension popup. It collects visible application cards when you visit each portal’s Applied jobs or Applications page. Keep the tracker in the same browser profile; records arrive automatically while this page is open.

Existing outcomes are preserved. Missing details and changed statuses need review. Portal adapters are experimental. No email connection is included in this beta.

Install the extension once
  1. Download Portal Sync 0.3.1 (.zip) and extract it to a permanent folder.
  2. Updating an existing installation? Replace the files in your existing extension folder with the new ZIP contents, then click the extension’s Reload button on the extensions page. Refresh your portal tabs and this tracker.
  3. In Chrome, open chrome://extensions (Edge: edge://extensions).
  4. Turn on Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select the extracted folder containing manifest.json. Review the listed website access before enabling it.
  5. Refresh this tracker and each portal’s application-history page. Sign in to the portals yourself. Scroll through all your applied jobs and visit each page to expose the full list.
  6. Open the extension’s toolbar popup to pause collection, inspect the last scan, or choose Scan this Applied page. If detection fails, check the box confirming the page is your application history first. Use Copy page diagnostics for layout issues. Browser restart keeps collected records; no Gmail reconnect is required.

Experimental developer preview: Jobright, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and USAJOBS are included. Live signed-in extraction has not yet been verified on every portal. Layout changes may require adjustments; a zero-card scan is shown explicitly. This does not sync while the browser is closed, bypass login, or retrieve decisions the portal does not display.

See installation and limitations. Only visible job fields are stored in the extension and sent to this exact tracker tab. It does not read passwords, cookies, email, resumes, or hidden portal APIs. Each browser/device needs its own extension and tracker data.

    Only your search title and filters are sent through this site to Dice. Portal Sync reads visible application cards after you opt in; adapters are experimental. Gmail access is not included.
